Privileges of Members : All Members who subscribe to the Value-Added Services will be eligible for the Value-Added Services as mentioned above. All Life Members (other than Associate & Honorary Life Members) who have subscribed to 3-year (or more than 3 year) subscription of Value Added Services will have log-in access to the official website of the Association and will be able to view all material uploaded therein. He will have right of access to all Association records to inspect & take photocopies, with 7 days written notice to the secretary on a prescribed form and after paying the photocopy charges as required.

Right to Vote

• Whereas Life members have voting rights, the associate & honorary members do not have any voting rights
• No member shall be entitled to vote unless he has completed at least one year of membership
• No member shall be entitled to vote if his fee is not fully paid by the date on which the election is announced, or a meeting has been called.

Other Terms and conditions

• Membership Eligibility:

  • Membership is open for those who meet the eligibility requirement.

• Account Responsibility:

  • Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account information. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Use of Community Resources:

  • Membership grants you access to community content, events, and resources. You agree to use these resources in accordance with community guidelines and to respect the privacy and intellectual property of other members.

• Code of Conduct:

  • All members are expected to engage with the community respectfully and constructively. Harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of membership.

• Privacy and Data Usage:

  • By joining, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We commit to protecting your information and using it solely for community-related purposes.

• Termination of Membership:

  • Members can terminate their membership at any time by contacting our support team. ASSI reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership for any violation of these terms or other community guidelines without prior notice.

• Changes to Terms:

  • ASSI reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued membership will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

• Intellectual Property:

  • All content provided within the community, including but not limited to articles, videos, and resources, is the intellectual property of ASSI or its contributors. Members may not distribute, copy, or modify this content without prior consent.

• Limitation of Liability:

  • ASSI is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your participation in the community, except as required by law. Members participate at their own risk and agree to hold ASSI harmless for any issues arising from their membership.

• Governing Law:
